Welcome + Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, expectations, and boundaries for participating in any product, program, coaching container, live event, or mentorship experience offered by Empowered Marketing Productions, LLC (DBA Wealthy Speaker).

Whether you’re enrolling in private mentorship, a digital course, a group coaching program, or attending an in-person event — these terms apply. They protect the integrity of our work, uphold professional standards, and ensure a high-level client experience.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Identification of Parties

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Empowered Marketing Productions, LLC, a limited liability company registered in California, doing business as Wealthy Speaker (“Company”, “Coach”, “we”, “us”)
and You, the purchaser or participant (“Client”, “you”, “your”).

2. Scope

These terms apply to all offers—whether digital, in-person, live, recorded, private, or group-based—including but not limited to:

Mentorship programs & masterminds

Courses, trainings, and challenges

Live events, retreats, and workshops

Coaching calls and group communities

All transactions and interactions between the Company and Client are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

3. No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching, mentorship, and event services, no refunds or cancellations are provided. By purchasing, you agree to complete all payments in full, whether one-time or on a payment plan.

4. Payment Plans & Missed Payments

If you are on a payment plan, payments are due on the agreed schedule. Payment plans cannot be paused or altered. Missed payments result in immediate suspension of program access until payment is made. You remain responsible for the full balance regardless of participation status.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.

6. Use of Testimonials, Screenshots & Wins

By participating, you grant us permission to use testimonials, wins, or feedback you share in marketing or promotional materials. Personal identifiers will only be used at our discretion.

7. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property & Framework Integrity

All program content, trainings, and materials are proprietary to Empowered Marketing Productions, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose them without written permission.

8. No Transfer of Access

Program access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing, selling, or transferring access is prohibited.

9. Recording Notice

Live calls may be recorded for training or quality purposes. By participating, you consent to recording.

10. Behavior, Boundaries & Community Standards

We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, for disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior.

11. In-Person Events

If attending an in-person event, you are responsible for your own safety, travel, and belongings. No refunds are issued for inability to attend. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.

12. Loss & Damage Policy

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, or for technology issues on your end.

13. Mental Health / Medical Disclaimer

We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Our services are for educational and informational purposes only.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).

16. Dispute Resolution & Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved first through negotiation, then binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.

17. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly or privately defame, slander, or speak negatively about the Company, its programs, or participants.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to updated terms.

By purchasing or participating in any program, product, or event from Empowered Marketing Productions, LLC (DBA Wealthy Speaker), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
